عفوا هيثم... كيف يتأكد القاضي أن "الوافد" لن يذهب وينتخب بلجنة أخرى خصوصاً وأنَ عدد من الناخبين رفض الحبر السري، والبعض قال انه قابل للزوال بمجرد غسله بالماء او البنزين!؟
